Future Lovers are parallel monologues between what we want and what we should want. How can these approaches be interconnected when speakers don´t try to understand to each other? What if the result isn't a search for compromise, but a dictate or resignation? The video observes two ways of shaping our future, and together they become a utopian and absurd vision. Video Future Lovers is the result of close collaboration with garden architects and their real projects, created around the requirements, needs, and desires of their customers, and merges with systematically reduced searches of contemporary socio-political manifests. Work was presented at Jelení Gallery in Prague.
